What is the Unity Rewards program?

The Unity Rewards program offers a simplified way for all VSP network providers to earn points on eligible Unity, SunSync, and TechShield lenses and enhancements. Points can be redeemed on items of your choice.

Are TechShield AR Coatings covered under warranty?

Yes. TechShield^® anti-reflective coating includes a two-year limited warranty providing up to two replacement lens pairs for covered scratching, peeling, or crazing occurring during normal use. Exclusions and claim requirements apply.

1. TechShield^® anti-reflective coating is covered by a limited warranty for two years from the date the original lenses are dispensed to the consumer. During that two-year period, the consumer may receive up to two replacement lens pairs if the TechShield coating scratches, peels, or crazes during normal use. This warranty covers the TechShield coating and replacement lenses only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper care or cleaning, alterations, impact, chipping, breakage, or other damage unrelated to a failure of the TechShield coating under normal use. Changes in prescription and changes to the original lens, frame, or treatment selection are also not covered. Replacement lenses do not begin a new warranty period. The warranty expires on the earlier of: (1) two years after the original lenses were dispensed; or (2) completion of the second covered replacement.
Warranty claims must be submitted through the eye care provider or optical retailer that dispensed the original lenses. Proof of purchase and return or inspection of the affected lenses may be required. The consumer is responsible for any professional, dispensing, fitting, shipping, or other charges not expressly included in this warranty. Rights and restrictions may vary state to state.
