After logging into eyefinity.com, simply follow the directions below for ordering TechShield Elite, TechShield Blue, TechShield Sun UVR and TechShield Plus for VSP claims and private-pay patients.

Obtain a VSP authorization for the patient. For more information, read Authorizing VSP Benefits on eClaim.
From the authorization, click View CMS 1500 Form or from the top navigation select eInsurance and then eClaim. Scroll down and enter the Authorization Number and then click GO.
Type or select the Date of Service. You cannot access the claim form without a date of service.

In the AR Coating drop-down menu, select one of the following choices:
To order TechShield Elite, scroll down to the AR Coating D section. Choose either TechShield Elite or TechShield Elite UVR (for TechShield Elite with backside UV protection).
To order TechShield Blue, scroll down to the AR Coating D section and choose TechShield Blue UVR.
To order TechShield Sun UVR, scroll down to the AR Coating D section and choose TechShield Sun UVR.
To order TechShield Plus, scroll down to the AR Coating C section. Choose either TechShield Plus or TechShield Plus UVR (for TechShield Plus with backside UV protection).
Complete the remaining form fields for Frame, Lab, Prescription, Services, Patient, Insured, and Facility and Billing. For more information on these eClaim fields, review Submitting Material VSP Claims through eClaim. When complete, select Calculate.
When you are ready to send the claim to VSP, click Submit Claim in the bottom command bar.
Click on eLab in the top navigation and then select eLab from the drop-down.
Enter the patient’s last name and first name and click Create Order.
Using eLab
On the top of the next page, ensure the date of service and doctor’s name are correct, and check off “Lens” and if applicable, “Frames,” next to Lab Services.
In the “LENS” section:
Complete the form fields for Prescription, Frame, Lab, and submit your order.
